9AM // LIFE COMMUNITY CHURCH

Option #1- Colorado National Monument.
This will be an advanced ride, not for the faint of heart. We will start and finish at Life Community Church parking lot, cover approximately 47 miles, with just over 2,500 ft of elevation gain. If you would like to do this ride, but do not want to do the 1,100 ft West entrance climb, and save 10 miles, you can arrange to be dropped off at the Visitors Center and pick up the ride there.

Option #2- An 18 mile moderate loop starting at Life Community Church with option #1 riders, but instead of the Monument, you will stay on Broadway and continue into Fruita. At Fruita, you will pick up the River Front Trail back into Grand Junction, and finish back at LCC parking lot.

Either option should bring us fantastic weather for cycling, with the hope of some Fall colors still on the trees. The only cost for this event will be the entrance fee to the Colo Nat Monument ($20 per vehicle, $10 for bicycle).
