Snowshoeing on the Grand Mesa! We will meet at Life Community parking lot to car pool up to Mesa Lakes on top of the Grand Mesa.

This is an event for the whole family, and will be a pretty easy trail. Dress to be exercising in the snow, with layers and waterproof clothing. If you do not have snow shoes, they can be rented at either REI or The Board and Buckle bike/ski shop. Rental cost at REI is $18 per day for members and $27 for non members, Board and Buckle charges $15 per day for rental.

You will also want to bring a lunch and plenty of water. Even though it is the middle of winter, it is possible to get dehydrated at high altitudes....water, water, water!
