This will be a shorter trek to Lost Lake on the Grand Mesa. Starting at Mesa Lakes, this trail will take us past the Lodge and meander through the trees to Lost Lake. Of course there is the option to continue on with one of the many other trails if we want a longer trek. Snow Shoeing around Mesa Lakes is pretty easy, and perfect for beginners and experienced alike.

We will be meeting up at Life Community Church parking lot at 9:00 am, and carpooling will be available for anyone interested. If you do not have snow shoes, they can be rented at REI ($18 per day for members, $27 per day for non members), or thew Board and Buckle Bike/Ski Shop ($15 per day).

We will be eating lunch up there, so bring your own lunch, or you can purchase lunch at Mesa Lodge. Wear clothing applicable to exercise in cold weather (layers), and bring plenty of water.
