The Women’s Ministry isn’t hosting our monthly connection meeting in June and July. Instead we’ve asked some of our ladies to plan some informal get-togethers. Write these down in your calendar so you don't miss out and also don't forget to invite your friends.
June 15th : Night Hike at Serpent's Trail
Serpent's Trail is a 3.4 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail and is rated moderate (it's a long incline but the trail is not treacherous). Meet at the trailhead at 7:30 pm. It's just inside the GJ entrance to the Monument. Wear some good tennis shoes and bring some water. Call or text Kristy Marsh at 970-260-5549 if you have any questions.
June 27 : Float the River- Corn Lake to Las Colonias Park*
Launch time - 3:00pm from Corn Lake. We will need some volunteers to shuttle people back and forth. Bring your husbands/boyfriends. Call or text Kristy Marsh at 970-260-5549 if you have any questions.

July 10th: Hike on the Mesa
We will explore the West Bench trail. West bench Trail is a 12.2 mile moderately trafficked out and back. The trail is located near Mesa Lakes Lodge on the Grand Mesa. It features beautiful wildflowers and is good for all skill levels. There are many other great trails in the area. Depending on who shows up we may choose one of the shorter trails. Meet at Mesa Lakes Lodge at 9:00am. Bring your lunch or plan on eating at the lodge. Call or text Megan Stenhouse at 970-296-2022 if you have any questions.
July 30th: Dinner and Painting Night @ 5:30pm
Join us for a relaxing night with dinner and painting. This is a potluck style dinner. We will be painting under the stars! No previous painting experience required because Bekah Erkman will be guiding us step by step to help us create our own masterpieces. We do ask that you RSVP by July 28th by clicking the button below. There will be a $5 charge per person to cover the costs of materials. This event is for ALL ladies so if you have a daughter in high school we encourage you to bring them.
